Ye. Mmg utk kakitgn awam. Boleh search Pekeliling 2007 Cuti Menjaga Anak. Jumlah 5 tahun utk stp ibu & trpulang nk ambil lump sum atau pecah2kan jumlah hari cuti. Antra syaratnya mesti bersambung terus dgn Cuti Bersalin.
TAKDE kena tulis surat rasmi sbb Lampiran B itu adalh borg suratnya. Melainkn diminta buat oleh pihak tmpt keje.
